This policy applies to hotel bookings and payments made through Mewar Hospitality (https://www.mewarhospitality.com).

1. Our Role

Mewar Hospitality is an independent hotel booking company. The stay is provided by the hotel, so cancellation and refund terms depend mainly on the hotel's policy for your room type, dates and rate.

2. Terms Shared Before You Confirm

The cancellation terms that apply to your booking, and any charges that are non-refundable, are shared with you in writing (email or WhatsApp) before you confirm and pay. Any Mewar Hospitality service charge is also stated in your quotation.

3. How to Cancel

Please write to us at reservations@mewarhospitality.com or on WhatsApp as early as possible with your name, hotel, dates and booking reference. Cancellation is counted from the time we receive your written request.

4. Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund under the terms shared with you, it is returned to the person who made the payment, through the same payment method. Banks and payment partners may take 2 to 4 weeks to complete the refund after it is approved. Any payment gateway or bank charges that cannot be recovered will be mentioned in our written refund confirmation.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Some hotels do not allow refunds for peak-season or festival dates, special rates, no-shows or early departures. If this applies to your booking, it will be stated in the terms shared with you before you pay.

6. If the Hotel or We Cancel

If the hotel or Mewar Hospitality cannot provide the confirmed booking, you will be offered an alternative or a refund of the amount you have paid for that booking.

7. Payment Problems

If you were charged in error or see an unauthorised charge, please contact us with the transaction details so we can look into it with our payment partner and the hotel.
