1. Our Role

Mewar Hospitality is an independent hotel booking company based in Udaipur. We arrange hotel reservations for guests and share information, availability and rates received from the hotels. We do not own, operate or manage the hotels listed on this website, and we are not part of any government body. Your stay is provided by the hotel and is also subject to the hotel's own rules.

2. Information, Rates & Availability

Photos, room sizes and facilities are shown in good faith based on information published by the hotels and may change. This website does not display fixed prices. Rates and availability depend on dates, season and occupancy and are confirmed only in writing before you book.

3. Enquiries & Booking Confirmation

You can enquire by phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact page. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) stating the hotel, dates, room type and rate. All bookings are subject to availability.

4. Payments

The total amount, taxes, any Mewar Hospitality service charge, the advance payment and the balance due date are stated in your written quotation or confirmation before you pay. Full payment may be required for peak-season dates. Payments can be made through the online payment link we share, UPI, or bank transfer to the account named in our written payment request. International guests may pay by bank transfer; bank charges for the remittance are borne by the payer.

Safety note: no Mewar Hospitality employee or agent will ask for your net banking login, password, card PIN or OTP, ask you to pay into a personal account, or ask you to install apps such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Please do not comply with such a request and report it to reservations@mewarhospitality.com.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms are set by each hotel and vary by hotel, room type, season and rate. The cancellation terms that apply to your booking, and any non-refundable charges, are shared with you in writing before you confirm. To cancel, please write to us by email or WhatsApp as early as possible with your booking details. Refunds are made as per the terms shared with you and are returned to the person who made the payment. Banks may take 2 to 4 weeks to process a refund. 6. Identification

Hotels require valid photo identification from all guests at check-in. Foreign nationals need a passport and visa; Indian guests can use a driving licence, voter ID, passport or another ID accepted by the hotel.

7. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times, early check-in, late check-out, extra beds, meals and any additional charges are decided by each hotel and mentioned in your confirmation.

8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must follow the hotel's rules and respect its staff and other guests. Any damage caused is chargeable by the hotel.

9. Liability

As a booking company, we are not responsible for services provided by the hotel, including service quality, changes, overbooking, or loss, theft or damage to belongings. Please also read our Privacy Policy. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with the revised date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
